Haiti

As I watched the horror unfolding in Haiti this morning on the BBC, I was thinking what we could do to help. I am going to contact all my restaurant owner and chef connections in the area to see if there is any interest in doing a benefit dinner on the same night at as many venues as possible to raise money for the relief effort. Things have never been good for Haitians, they suffer the worst poverty in the hemisphere, and with the "mother of all earthquakes" destroying much of the country, it is time to help!
